Sequential extraction analyses of rock and soil samples from the Sokli carbonatite laterite, Finland (2024 - 2025)

This dataset contains Sequential extraction analyses of rock and soil samples from the Sokli carbonatite laterite, Finland, generated as part of the SCREED: Supergene enrichment of carbonatite-hosted rare earth element (REE) deposits project. Full sample locations and descriptions are available at https://doi.org/10.5285/83819b57-4754-4da3-9336-955e817573ed. Samples were analysed between September 2024 and October 2025, to determine the different mineralogical hosts of the REE and their behaviour on leaching. The analysis were carried out by teams from the School of Applied Sciences, University of Brighton.
