Planning Service (NI) - Development Plan - Conservation Areas (Metadata)

Development Plans are created by DOE Planning to create a roadmap for how future town planning. The plan is split into a number of feature types. Conservation Areas indicate a constraint on planning. Areas of Townscape Character, Areas of Village Character and Conservation Areas fall into this classification but are within the Annex 1 datasets under Inspire.
