This dataset contains details of buildings in each District Council area such as leisure, community centres and church halls which have been identified as suitable for emergency support centres, i.e. places where persons displaced from their homes or businesses due to an emergency can be accommodated. Some centres may also be used as a friends and family centre as required depending on the needs and nature of the emergency at the time of deployment.
