The data is the element composition from sequential extraction of Bowland shale strata. The elements included are; Ba, Ca, Cd, Cu, Fe, K, Mg, Mn, Na, Pb, S, Si, Sr & Zn. All concentrations are given as mg/ kg of rock sample.
